Purpose of the Conceptual Framework-概念框架的目的
The purpose of the Conceptual Framework is to:
√ Assist the IASB to develop IFRS that are based on consistent concepts;
√ Assist preparers of accounts to develop accounting policies in cases where there is no IFRS applicable to a particular transaction, or where a choice of accounting policy exists; and
√ Assist all parties to understand and interpret IFRSs.
